Cancellation Policy
Please advise as soon as possible if you wish to cancel so that your place can be offered to another family/group. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the booking, on the same day as the booking or those failing to attend a booking without getting in touch, will not be eligible for refund or rebooking, without exception.
Are we required to pay the full amount at time of booking?
Yes, you will be asked to pay the full total at time of booking. This saves us the stress of having to chase everyone up. It's incredibly frustrating when people book a slot and then don't show up. Payment in full makes it an easy one step process and we know you have committed to coming to see us! As soon as you have made payment, that booking is yours. If we discuss dates and you say yes to a day and time and don't pay to confirm, we reserve the right to give away your slot. Depending on how far in advance you're booking, this time period will differ, likewise if it's a weekend vs weekday booking. E.g. If you are booking 7 days in advance, you will have a couple of days to sort payment. If 2 months then a week. Weekend bookings are in high demand so we would give you a couple of days to sort. Each booking is different so this will be discussed with you at time of booking.
